This website and our private partner area are run by MeetMe Compass Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus, which is responsible for your personal data. For any privacy question or request, email sales@meetmecompass.com.
We only collect what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and, if you choose, your phone number, subject and message. We use it only to reply to you. It is sent to us by email, is not stored in a database on this website, and is never sold or shared for marketing.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
If we give you personal access to our private partner area, we record your name as you gave it to us, when you sign in, which pages you view there, your IP address and browser type. We use this only to know who has accessed our material and to follow up with you. Signing in sets one session cookie, which is needed for sign-in to work. We delete this activity when it is no longer needed, or on request.
We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Necessary: your cookie choice is saved in your browser so we don’t ask again, and the mobile menu stores a small setting. These don’t identify you and need no consent.
Optional, YouTube: the video on our home page is hosted by YouTube (Google). It only loads if you accept cookies or click “Load video”, and YouTube may then set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll reply within one month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority; in Cyprus, that is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
